Service requests
The order form sends the information you enter to a private Discord channel so Kuro can review your request and contact you. If optional Redis storage is configured, a copy is stored there too. Provide only information you’re comfortable sharing for that purpose. Don’t include passwords, private keys, card details, or sensitive personal information.
Private tracking expires 90 days after submission. Optional Redis order records expire after 90 days. Discord messages remain until Kuro deletes them. If you want your request deleted, email officialfnaffanstudios@gmail.com with your order ID. Kuro may need to verify that it is your request.
Request tracking
Public tracking requires your order ID and a random private token. It returns only the order ID, status, and submission date. Your project description and contact information are never included. Your latest request ID and token are saved in session storage in your browser tab for convenience. Keep a separate copy before closing the tab.
Donations
Stripe handles payments on its hosted Checkout page. Kuro’s Portfolio does not receive or store your card details. Check Stripe’s privacy information during Checkout. Your donation is one-time and in USD.
External services
GitHub Pages hosts the frontend. Vercel processes API requests. When configured, optional Redis stores orders and temporary rate-limit data; otherwise the private Discord message stores the request and its status. Rate limiting uses a hashed version of your network address; temporary records expire automatically. MCStatus.io retrieves public Minecraft server status. YouTube is contacted only when you load its player. External project links open the linked services, which have their own privacy practices.
Browser data
No analytics or advertising trackers are included by this project. Minecraft status is cached in browser storage for five minutes. The website remembers neither your management key nor your order form contact details after the page closes.
